Please note that UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes, so we need street addresses if we are shipping to you via courier. If you need us to ship to a Post Office box we will ship via USPS.
We have in stock all the items shown in our website therefore most orders are shipped in 24 hours. In the event we do not have the size you requested, we will notify you immediately via email and informed of the reason for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
Saturday deliveries are offered for an additional $10 charge.
If you need to return your coat for a different size or different model or return it for a refund you may return your coat within 15 days for exchange or a full refund. The 15 days return privilege does not include shipping days in transit to and from Aspen Fashions. The coat must be in perfect condition and the apparel tag still attached to the front of the coat. Do not remove the apparel tag until you are certain you plan to keep the coat.
There is never any restocking fee for returns or exchanges. All custom and clearance items are always fully included in our 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy.
You do not need to call and receive any return authorization, although we would appreciate your call informing us of your plans to exchange or return the coat.
Returns must be made to the same credit card as the original purchase. All credits will be refunded to the credit card used in the original purchase. If you exchange or return your coat, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt of your coat and the expected shipment date of the new coat in the case of an exchange or confirmation of your credit on your credit card. Items paid for by check will be refunded in the form of a check. Refunds will include the full purchase price including any sales taxes collected, less shipping charges.
