Yes. Please send your check or money order to: Aspen Fashions, 7301 N. FM 620, Suite 155-160, Austin, TX 78726. Please include the model number, size, color, quantity, along with your name, shipping address and phone number.
We are happy to offer you our Free Layaway services. Please call 1-512-426-5664 to begin a layaway plan. Layaway plans can not be initiated online. The first payment should be at least 30% of the purchase price and each monthly payment should be no less than $20.
There are no interest charges. Payments can be made by credit card, personal check, money order and certified bank checks (cashier's check). Pay as often as you wish but we recommend that a minimum of one payment should be made each month. If no payment is received within ninety (90) days, the lay away is forfeited and the initial deposit and previous payments are not refunded.
**You will need to notify us 4 to 6 weeks prior to your final payment. This will ensure that your garment will be in stock and ready to ship when your final payment is received.
**There is a limit of no more than two items on layaway at one time. You can not transfer your payments from one layaway garment to another layaway garment.
**Custom orders are not allowed on our Layaway plan. A custom order is (changing the pattern, color or material to something we do not offer in our online store). Some pictured fur models are available in several colors as a standard and do not fall in the category of a custom order.
**After you receive the coat if you need to change the size we will be happy to do so. Our plus sizes will be subject to the scheduled additional cost. In addition after you receive the coat if you wish to return or change to another model you will receive a store credit equal to the purchase amount minus a 15% handling fee.
Custom orders do not include requesting extra length. We routinely order coats for Tall sizes which can always be returned for exchange or store credit within the 15 day return policy.
Alterations of sleeves cost is $30 per sleeve and shortening the hem costs $60 plus shipping charges.
Petite Sizes: Customers who wish to alter the sleeve or hem must first receive the coat and then indicate clearly the alternation requested. Once the alteration is completed no return is possible. Alterations of sleeves cost is $30 per sleeve and shortening the hem costs $60 plus shipping charges.

Please note that UPS does not ship to Post Office boxes, so we need street addresses if we are shipping to you via courier. If you need us to ship to a Post Office box we will ship via USPS.
We have in stock all the items shown in our website therefore most orders are shipped in 24 hours. In the event we do not have the size you requested, we will notify you immediately via email and informed of the reason for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
Saturday deliveries are offered for an additional $10 charge.
If you need to return your coat for a different size or different model or return it for a refund you may return your coat within 15 days for exchange or a full refund. The 15 days return privilege does not include shipping days in transit to and from Aspen Fashions. The coat must be in perfect condition and the apparel tag still attached to the front of the coat. Do not remove the apparel tag until you are certain you plan to keep the coat.
There is never any restocking fee for returns or exchanges. All custom and clearance items are always fully included in our 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy.
You do not need to call and receive any return authorization, although we would appreciate your call informing us of your plans to exchange or return the coat.
Returns must be made to the same credit card as the original purchase. All credits will be refunded to the credit card used in the original purchase. If you exchange or return your coat, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt of your coat and the expected shipment date of the new coat in the case of an exchange or confirmation of your credit on your credit card. Items paid for by check will be refunded in the form of a check. Refunds will include the full purchase price including any sales taxes collected, less shipping charges.
We are happy to offer plus sizes for our Aspen Fashions customers. We stock plus sizes in many styles but we typically need to order the coat made to your particular size requirements. We can usually get the coat for you in about 3 weeks. The 7 day return policy applies to custom orders as well so if it needs to be returned or exchanged you always have that option.
